Ben McOsker's Providence label and one of the great noise / weirdo-rock institutions. Lightning Bolt, Sightings, Arab on Radar, White Mice, Mindflayer, Olneyville Sound System, Clockcleaner. If the record was ugly, confrontational, or impossible to categorize, Load probably put it out. Also released Brainbombs in the US. Wound down in 2018 but the catalog is essential.
